YOGA CLASSES FOR ALL
Individual and group yoga. Have Mat will travel. Classes include, Yoga for Stress Management, Yoga for Strength and Endurance, and Yoga for special populations. Individual classes combine poses,breathing and relaxation with thai massage. Guided meditation and relaxation also available.
Yoga promotes flexibility, tones the body, enhances vitality, cultivates balance and calms the mind. Yoga improves strength & endurance and increase awareness & concentration.
Kimberly is a registered Yoga Teacher and has taught yoga in the Indianapolis area since 2005;Kimberly also has a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.

TUESDAY: Yoga for body conditioning 6:15pm - 7:00pm Jordan College Academy of Dance
THURSDAY: One America Building Downtown Indianapolis 5:15 - 6:00pm
