YOGA CLASSES FOR ALL

Individual and group yoga.  Have Mat will travel.  Classes include, Yoga for Stress Management, Yoga for Strength and Endurance, and Yoga for special populations.  Individual classes combine poses,breathing and relaxation with thai massage.

Yoga promotes flexibility, tones the body, enhances vitality, cultivates balance and calms the mind.  Yoga improves strength & endurance and increase awareness & concentration.
